Duncan from Greenwich is in favour of road pricing. He says “Yes. Ulez expansion was a good start. However there are too many SUVs that are polluting and exempt. Road pricing would help reduce some of their mileage.” He likes the idea of using black boxes in cars in addition to the existing camera data.
